aref2 Data on influencing of durable application of tillage systems different in intensity on different nourishment backgrounds of sod-podzolic gleyey soil is cited together with their influencing on microbiological activity. The complex research executed for the first time for given soils in the conditions of the Non-chernozem zone of the Russian Federation did not show essential differences in microbic and enzymatic activity depending on application of surface-mouldboard soil cultivation, as the best of energy-efficient systems, in comparison with classical mouldboard cultivation. Neither qualitative nor quantitative changes of number of microorganisms at different systems of soil cultivation under a winter rye were revealed. Some differences took place only at use of straw as fertilizer together with mineral fertilizers that provides improvement of biological properties of soil. The content nitrate and ammonium nitrogen in soil is also specified. Its greatest content is revealed in cases where fertilizers were used against the background of aftereffect of straw. Sharp difference in the content of neither ammonium nor nitrate nitrogen in cases with different soil cultivation is not virtually established.
