aref2 To study the influence of feed additive "Extrafit" on hematological and biochemical blood factors, as well as on indicators of reproductive possibility of sows two groups of empty sows in 15 head were formed on the principle of analogs subject to the age and live weight. Animals from the experiment group, in addition to farm diet, were fed by feed additive "Extrafit" in the amount of 10% of forage dry matter. Preparation was given within 40 days. In the blood of sows from the experiment group higher concentration of hemoglobin and erythrocytes (by 8.0 and 6.5%) was marked ( ≥ 0.95). At that all morphological and physiological blood factors of animals of both groups were within the physiological norm. In the blood serum of sows from the experimental group higher activity (by 68.7 and 58.9%) of alkaline phosphatase and amylase was registered ( ≥ 0.95), at that the activity of AlAC and AcAT was reliably ( ≥ 0.95) lower, than in control, by 19.4 and 10.2%, correspondingly. Number of piglets-normotrophic, which were obtained from sows in the experimental group, was higher by 7.2% ( ≥ 0.95), nest mass and largefetusness - by 14.5 and 9.0% ( ≥ 0.99). In addition, animals from the experimental group quickly come in heat, a trend to diminution of not-in-pigs and increase in plural pregnancy is revealed.
