aref2 There has been determined the composition of the causative agent of glum mold - fungi of Bipolaris and Alternaria genes. These fungi are toxic and attack vegetating plants and grains. Moreover, the causative agent of glum mold is able to remain on the seeds and transferred to it from year to year. There has been studied the antagonistic activity of biological agents in pure form and in mixed with a chemical disinfectant against the causative agents of glum mold in Petri dishes on Chapek's medium and in the field. When using of disinfectants there is marked an increase of growing energy, germination, reduction of seeds contamination, as well as their shoots and roots. Biological agents agate-25K and albite in mixture with the half dose of vial TT did not differ much from the variants with use vial TT according to influence on growing energy, germination and infection of plants by root rots. The highest increasing of the grain of spring wheat was marked on the variant with the full dose of vial TT in pure form and compositional mixture of the half dose with agate-25K and albite. Use of a mixture of albite and agate-25K with a half dose of vial TT did not inferior in efficacy of its use in a pure form, taken in doses recommended by the manufacturer against pathogens of glum mold Bipolaris and Alternaria. Therefore used composite mixture of biological preparations with half dose of vial TT should be an alternative to the chemically disinfectants, thereby reducing the pesticide load on agrocenosis and promoting obtaining getting environmentally friendly products.
