^РЕФ: Рассматривается и обосновывается актуальность проблемы эмбриональных потерь и задержки развития плодов у коров в период плодоношения. Раскрываются некоторые стороны патогенеза и предлагаются критерии ранней ультразвуковой диагностики данной патологии беременных.

aref2 2 Evaluation of intrauterine deaths and growth retardation of fetuses in high producing dairy cows was performed with the use of ultrasonography diagnosis. It is demonstrated that at the stage of early embryogenesis deaths of embryos are of 22-30% and more, their growth retardation - 33-37%. The criteria for these pathologies diagnosis on the basis of determining embryo's and fetus's linear sizes, their motion activity and heartbeats are offered. It is stated that a key moment of their formation is embryo's nutrition disorder at the stage of implantation and early placentation, connected with imbalance of sex, corticosteroid hormones synthesis and system of nitric oxide generation. Decreased level of mother's organism immune responsiveness and increased endogenous intoxication are determining factors of these pathologies.
