^РЕФ: Research has been conducted in several farms of Voronezh region. Opportunity for curing sheep stock from dicroceliasis germ through chemical agents use was studied. Comparative anthelmintic properties efficacy of Fascoverm, Hexichol and Hexichol C preparations has been studied. Criterion for evaluating anthelmintics efficacy was complete helminthological hepatotomy data and helminthologic ovoscopic fecal samples analysis results before and after dehelmintization. Hexichol was given to experimental sheep (10 animals) in dose of 0.4 g/kg of weight mixed with compound feed twice with 24 h interval. Preparation wasn't put on control animals (5 sheep). Fascoverm was given to sheep with dicroceliasis in dose of 2 ml per 20 kg of animal mass. 2 sheep groups suffering from dicroceliasis, 3 animals in each, were created to determine its medical effectiveness. More than 5 thousand sheep were also subjected to single treatment with Fascoverm in dose of 0.1 g/20 kg of live weight. Hexichol C in dose of 0.4 g/kg of live weight mixed with compound feed was fed by group method to 100 animals. Herd with more than 9 thousand animals was treated. Fascoverm administration reduced infestation extent (IE) in sheep by 7-10 times and infestation intensity by 2-3 times, but complete dicrocelia elimination was not reached. Hexichol showed satisfactory results: effectiveness (EE) was 60-80% and the IE - 78-97%. The experience of treating dicroceliasis with Hexichol C showed good results: in young animals (aged 1 year) EE was 96% and IE - 98%; in adult sheep (aged 3-6 years) - EE - 77%, IE - 94%. No negative phenomena were observed during dehelmintization of sheep with mentioned preparations. The results of biochemical blood tests showed significant disturbance in metabolism in animals infested with dicroceliasis causative agent. This requires at least one month to be restored to a normal level. The higher the intensity of infestation is, the lower the effectiveness of dehelminthization is.
