aref2 2 The results of studies on the effect of protein-vitamin supplement on pigs' pork-lard qualities are submitted in the article. It is ascertained that feeding the protein-vitamin product added to the basic ration of fattening pigs, in the dose of 350 g/head, stimulated increase of their pre-slaughter weight at 1.55-3.94% (P<0.05), dressing percentage - at 1.49-2.78% and haunch weight - at 4.41-14.90% (P<0.05). Moreover, adding the above supplement into the diet of young swine in the dose of 350 g/head contributes to significant increase of the muscular tissue area in the animals.
