^РЕФ: Статья посвящена перспективным направлениям повышения возможностей и способностей человека, управляющего современными высокопроизводительными, экономичными машинами, и анализу возможностей внедрения прогрессивных технологий и эксплуатации этих машин. Разработана логическая структура повышения функциональной надежности оператора, которая включает: составление математической модели, позволяющей установить взаимосвязь восприятия поступающей к оператору информации всех видов и его реакции на внешние факторы; разработка алгоритмической модели и математическое описание влияния на деятельность человека возмущающих воздействий окружающей среды, математическое описание осуществляемого оператором процесса, оценка и прогнозирование информационной напряженности оператора; определение дискретного ряда распределения среднего количества информации, перерабатываемой оператором в рассматриваемом интервале, установление предельных границ информационной загрузки, которые будут определять эффективность работы человека. Авторы полагают, что эффективность оценки принятия решения может быть определена отношением числа правильных решений к числу возможных вариантов или тестовым методом, с учетом объема выдаваемых задач и коэффициентов их сложности.

aref2 2 The article is devoted to the perspective directions of increase of possibilities and abilities of the person managing modern high-performance, economic machines and the analysis of possibilities of introduction of progressive technologies and operation of these machines. The solution to this problem is possible by increasing the level of professional training of man as one of the most important elements of the system "man-machine-animal". The accumulated experience in the development and operation of human-machine systems in high-tech sectors of the economy allows us to determine the logical structure to improve the functional reliability of the operator. To do this, it is necessary to create a mathematical model that will establish the relationship between the perception of incoming information to the operator of all kinds and its response to external factors. It is necessary to develop an algorithmic model and give a mathematical description of the impact on human activities perturbing effects of the environment, to give a mathematical description of the process carried out by the operator. Based on the results of mathematical processing of expert estimates, it is possible to determine a discrete series of distribution of the average amount of information processed by the operator in the considered interval, to find the limits of information load, which will determine the effectiveness of human work at this stage
