aref2 2 The purpose of the experiments was to develop a way to obtain female producers, females only or with a shift in this direction of sex ratio in the offspring. For the manufacturing of tissue preparation, the male testes homogenate prepared according to conventional methods was used. All the experimental sows were injected with the drug in different doses subcutaneous in the ear root, daily, in the mornings, during the period from weaning of pigs and to being hogging, i.e. within 5-7 days. The doses of the administered drug ranged from 0.5 ml to 2.0 ml per head. The offspring of the first sows of the experimental group contained on average 35% more gilts than boar pigs. In the second experimental group - the difference between number of boar pigs and gilts in the offspring was more significant, there were 82% more gilts than boar pigs. Even more differences that are significant were obtained in the offspring of sows of the third experimental group. There were 167% more gilts here than boar pigs. At the same time, in the control group there were less gilts than boar pigs by 18%. In the study of the blood of experimental animals an increase in the content of progesterone by 401%, adrenaline - 30 %, noradrenaline - 62 %, 11-ACS - 14 %, triiodothyronine - 79% and thyroxine - 9% was observed. At the same time, there was a decrease in the content of estradiol by 65% and cortisol by 30%. Despite a slight decrease in the total amount of protein in the blood serum (8%), immunization caused an increase in the number of immunoglobulins by 46%. The developed method did not allow to exclude the appearance of boars in the offspring completely, but it was possible to reduce their number in the offspring significantly.
